About the cover: Roanoke continues to be recognized for its innovation and outstanding quality of life.  In addition to being selected as an “All-America City” six times, the city has been honored as a Leading Digital City 12 times.  Most recently, Roanoke was selected as a recipient of a 2014 City Livability Award for Outstanding Achievement by the U.S. Conference of Mayors for its Parks and Arts Program.
